QPlan Financial
QPLan Financial needed a share registry database to track their investors, and the projects they invest in. The system automates the monthly accrual and payment of interest. It provides the company with a variety of reports and mail merges to automate many of their tasks, including the printing of share certificates, and quarterly interest statements.

Highland Projects
We designed a timesheet/payroll system for Highland Projects that was customised for their needs. It tracks hours worked for both contractors and wage employees, and creates payslips and tax invoices accordingly. It also uses ther information entered to create advanced project summaries for the sites the employees work at.

Health Staff Recruitments
Health Staff Recruitments provide recruitment services to health care professionals around the world. They needed a system that would link together their offices in Brisbane, London and Melbourne. The database developed for them tracks all their candidates and clients, and allows them to export and import daily updates from each of their offices, keeping them all up to date with each other.

Brisbane City Church
Brisbane City Church was in need of a database system that could keep track of congregation members, services, special events, and the many different ministries they provide. The database we provided to them has very advanced searching capabilities, and integrated mail merge functions to allow them to keep communication lines open between the staff and the congregation as much as possible.

Carers Link
Carers Link provides the service of placing carers with people who need care. They needed a database system that would track Care Recipients, Carers, and appointments between the two. The database developed for them allows them to track all work hours, and gives them the flexibility of being able to find available carers in selected areas at the click of a button.

DCS
DCS design and manafacture environmental systems that handle dust and fume emission problems in large factories. They needed a database system that would track their clients, materials (stock), jobs, purchase orders and employee hours. The system we developed for them replaced a mass of spreadsheets and paper, and provided them with a much easier way of tracking their business operations.

Park First
Park First provide home loan and leasing options to their clients.. They needed a database system that would track their clients, lenders, loans and any correspondence with clients. We designed an easy to use system that suits their needs, with an attractive user interface that matches their companies colours.

Queensland University of Technology
The Queensland University of Technology needed a database that would track various forms submitted by students. They needed a way to store information regarding where the form came from and what action was taken.

Timms Curtain House
Timms Curtain House is a perfect example of a small business which has benefitted greatly from a database. The system we created for them keeps track of clients & suppliers, sales & quotes, invoices & stock levels. Making the move from a paper-based system to a computerised one was a major step, so we ensured that the system was as intuitive and easy to use as possible.
